Sleep Mode

In ‘Sleep Mode’ two full-size beds are lowered into position, already made with pillows and blankets. The rear bed lowers down to a normal sitting height so that you don’t have to climb in. The front bed platform lowers halfway, providing places for two adults or children to crash. Fold out the couch/bed for a 5th sleeping spot. This ensures a comfortable sleeping arrangement for 4-5 on an actual mattress, not a reclined captain’s chair.

ORION METRIC: HEAD-TO-PILLOW-TIME
At the end of a long hard day of exploring, nothing is more inviting than your pillow.

Past exhaustion, the last thing you want to do is set up a tent in the pouring rain or recombobulate a kitchen table/fold-out couch and make a bed. With Orion 365, your bed stays horizontal and stays made, allowing you to drop the bed and hit the pillow.

PS: this metric is also known by parents as meltdown-to-lullaby.

Drive Mode

In ‘Drive Mode’ the beds are raised to give maximum headroom. Reclining seats face forward for a safe, comfortable trip. Equipment and luggage are stored in the rear portion of the van. Need a quick break? You can still access amenities like fridge, sink, and toilet.

ORION METRIC: TIME-TO-FIRST-SIP
A key part of camping is being able to crack a frosty beverage as soon as you arrive at your campsite.

Nothing kills the relaxation like having to park a large fifth-wheel trailer with ‘cooperation’ from your spouse. In Orion 365, you arrive, fold out the chairs, and relax. No complicated parking or setup.

Relax Mode

In ‘Relax Mode’ both beds are stowed up high and out of the way. Inside, the front passenger seats swivel and the second-row seats pivot to the wall, giving you a lounge with full access to the kitchen and entertainment. If the cargo area is free, a rear couch folds out for additional seating, lounging, or napping.

Outside, the external awning folds out and the kitchen can be moved outside onto the pop up table. The TV mount swivels for viewing inside or outside.

ORION METRIC: TIME-TO-FIRST-FLAME
Nothing says camping like cooking outside.

Orion has all three elements of the kitchen within reach outside: stove, sink, and fridge. Simply set up the outside table that holds your camp stove and extended faucet... even the fridge is accessible from outside, so you can make black forest crepes for the hangry masses.

Cargo Mode

When the van is not being used as a camper, it can be converted to ‘Cargo Mode’. Beds and seats are moved out of the way, and a large rear garage area remains. This can be used for home improvement runs or trips to your favorite flat-pack furniture store. A 4’x8’ sheet of plywood fits as easily as a motorcycle.

The rear bed also has attachment points for a modular storage system. Stow items to the bottom of the rear bed with modular accessories to protect and have easy access: bike rack, fishing poles, skiis, snowboard, etc.

Take it all with you. In cargo mode, Orion 365 can easily store: motorcycles, bicycles, kayak, 4x8’ sheet of plywood, woodchips, flat pack furniture.

With the beds stowed and couch folded, the toilet and seats can be moved or removed, leaving you with a huge cargo area. Plus, our certified L-track flooring system gives you the ultimate flexibility and tie down points for all your gear.

Actual payload and tow capacity is dependent on base van specification: Transit 150, 250, 350.
