Hot Water / Hydronic Heat Upgrade

This upgrade provides a gas fired boiler, which provides both hot drinking water and hydronic floor heat. The provides an underfloor fresh water tank and an outdoor sprayer, allowing you to roam off-grid longer and keep things clean.
